♥Office Assistant♥

I learned about Office Assistant
The office assistant will watch you what you do and offer tips on how to work more productively.
You can also use it to answer question or obtain help w/ excel.
The office assistant is common among all your office application; option changes made will be reflected in all office application.

Learning of the week

COMPONENTS OF A COMPUTER

.HARDWARE: The mechanical and electronic parts that perform the various tasks of the computer.

SOFTWARE: The programs that tell that hardware what tasks to be done.

",,TYPE OF COMPUTER,,"

1.Microcomputers
2.Workstations
3.Minicomputer
4.Mainframe compute
5.Super computer
6.Wearable computer

DEFINITIONS OF COMPUTER
'' A computer is a electronic device that helps people perform different tasks
''A electronic device for the storage and processing of information
''A programmable machine that input, process data and can be programmed
with instructions.
''In general,a device that uses digital technology to processor and manipulate information.

Learning of the weak

I learned that there are 2 kinds of memory;which is read only memory/ROM. ROM contains basic instructions of the computer stored permanently . And the second is the RANDOM ACCESS MEMORY/RAM ;In RAM the computer copies and keeps temporarily users programs and data,in part or full , at the time of execution ...
''RAMS also is the primary memory''

♥♥♥HARD WARE♥♥♥

I Learned that;
HARDWARE;
The mechanical and electronic parts that perform the various tasks of the computer.
HARDWARE COMPONENTS;
The hardware of a typical computer system, irrespective of its size, consist of the following components:
-Central Processing Unit--CPU
-Memory and Storage devices
-Input devices
-Display and output devices

THE FOURTH GENERATION

I learned that in 1959, Jack Kilby joined Texas Instruments Inc. in Ballas where he was responsible for IC development and applications.
He invented the MONOLITIC INTEGRATED CIRCUIT w/c is still widely used in electronic system.
IC's give way to an entirely new ERA: the information age.

BY;DONNA MAE JAMIS

the fourth generation

I learned that the first tiny computer on a chip, it was called Microprocessor. From 1974 to the present, computers have relied mainly on the microprocessor w/c had made computers the fastest and the most powerful they have ever seen .

The Third Generation

Magnetic core,
Internal memories began to give way to new form metal-oxide semiconductor memory which like IC's used Silicon backed chips.
In the third generation, computers relied on a new technology called The Integrated circuit.

♥The Computer♥

The Computer:
Is a electronic device that helps people perform different task.
There are 6 Types of Computers
1.Microcomputers
2.Minicomputers

I learned this week about the ideal school site.
In ideal school site must have a public road,no rivers,no harmful things beside the fence or irrigation,no tall trees that can block your way through the highway.
In ideal school it should have a proper sanitation in every room or in the office especially in the C.R.In every rooms or office should had a padlock to protect it away from the thieves. In the ground 40% of the soil is SANDY LOAM SOIL and it should in a fair surface.O

Transistor

Transistor
*Were smaller, faster ,cheaper, required less power , and produce
less heat than vacuum tubes .
*In computers , atransistor function as an electronic switch
or bridge.

ABC....

Hi.....
*ABC was the firts computer to used electricity in the form of vacuum tubes to
make electric computation possible.

*ABC was used for solving complex system of equations.

the first generation

I learned this week...?
*was the 1st generation of computer used vacuum tube as their
main (basic) logic element.

*I learned also that punched cards to input and externallystore data.

I learned this second week is amm...
*in 1906 was the first vacuum tube was developed by Lee De Forest.
*Vacuum tube look similar to eight bulbs.
*Vacuum tube is "very large" "very heavy"

THE TELEGRAPH

I learned that Samuel F.J. Morse concieve of his version of an ELECTROMANETIC TELEGRAPH in 1832 and constructed an experiment version 1815. He did not construc a truly practical system until 1844,when he built UNE from baltimore to washington.

♣♦♥♥What have I learn for this week.?♥♥♦♣
"For these past few days we discuss about the pre-mechanical age and the mechanical. Those topics are the fruit of the learnings where/when the computers developed. It is consist of different inventors. Each of them have their own invents that up to now they still discover new things to improve their inventions and to make the people's life easy."

Charles Xavier Thomas De Colmar

I Learned that ARITHMETER became the first mass-produced calculator, and it is developed by Charles Xavier Thomas De Colmar (1785-1870) in France. These PINWHEEL-TYPE MECHANICAL ADDING MACHINE were fixtures in banks accounting offices and stores.

In babbages Engines,

He is an eccentric English mathematician.Charles Babbages is the Father of the computer. He made his invention unique by using a "punch card".

The pre-mechanical age

I learned about the pre-mechanical age is the first human communicated though speaking and simple drawings, it`s started known as petroglyths.Goemetric signs where followed by Pictographs,PHOENICIANS,created symbols they also expressed in a single syllables and constant.Adapted w/ the Greeks that started the vowels then the last is the latin that we used today.

The Mechanical ^_^

TheMechanical the first bookbe printed is the language latin bible. johann the gutenberg is the one invited the movable metal-type and he also the printer of the first latin bible .

The pre-mechanical age

Praise be Jesus and Mary,
I had learned that the 4 basic period are the pre-mechanical age,the mechanical, the electromechanical, and the last one is electronic.
Pre-mechanical age, I had learned that the first human communicated only through speaking and simple drawings known as petroglyths.
